Your finance models, a more usable experience
Your planning logic is valuable. We help turn established Excel and Jedox models into purpose-built applications that make inputs, approvals and analysis easier to use. We start from the business rules and control requirements, then decide what to retain, integrate or rebuild.
- Budget entry and approval workflows
- Consolidation and management reporting workspaces
- Scenario comparison and assumption management
- Role-based access and review history scoped to your needs
Planning and forecasting across the business
Connect revenue, staffing, operating costs and investment assumptions to financial outcomes. Give operational teams a focused way to contribute their plans while finance maintains ownership of definitions and consolidation.
- Integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models
- Sales, workforce and operational planning
- Rolling forecasts and budget-versus-actual analysis
- Entity, department and product-level views
Predictive analysis with measurable performance
Where suitable historical data exists, we develop and evaluate predictive models alongside your established forecasting methods. We test on held-out periods, compare against simple baselines and explain limitations before introducing results into the planning cycle.
Forecasts support judgement. Data quality, business changes and limited history can constrain accuracy; uncertainty and human review belong in the application.
- Revenue and cost forecasting
- Trend, seasonality and variance analysis
- Scenario sensitivity and forecast error monitoring
- Documented assumptions and model versions
A scoped application, built for your team
We agree the workflows, data sources, roles and acceptance criteria before building. Delivery proceeds through demonstrable increments with finance-led validation. Handover covers documentation, deployment and ongoing ownership.
These are bespoke client engagements. They are separate from the upcoming Profitcura Revenue Intelligence SaaS product.
Good questions, straight answers
Must we replace Jedox or Excel?
No. We first assess whether extending the existing system, adding an interface or building a separate application best serves your workflow. The model and integration approach are agreed during discovery.
Can predictive analysis improve our forecast?
It may help where the data supports it. We validate against historical periods and existing baselines, then agree whether the improvement and maintenance cost justify production use.
Is this a ready-made SaaS product?
This service delivers applications scoped to individual client requirements. Revenue Intelligence is a separate upcoming product and is not generally available.
