Discuss a delivery partnership

Support where finance and technology meet

A finance transformation engagement often needs more than a model builder or a developer alone. We connect financial definitions, planning logic and reporting requirements to the software and data pipelines needed to deliver them.

  • FP&A and XP&A models, budgeting and scenario planning
  • Jedox planning and consolidation development
  • Power BI models and financial reporting
  • Python data processing and multidimensional modelling
  • Custom finance applications and CRM integrations

Three ways to work together

Specialist support: agree the expertise, availability and responsibilities needed within your delivery team.

Defined workstream: give Profitcura ownership of specified deliverables, with acceptance criteria and dependencies agreed before work begins.

Co-delivery: combine your advisory or programme capability with our modelling and engineering, using a shared implementation plan.

Your client relationship, clearly respected

Client-facing arrangements, confidentiality, branding and communication routes are agreed before delivery. We can discuss white-label work where the engagement and end-client requirements allow it. Subcontractor disclosure, procurement requirements and approvals remain part of that agreement.

A named lead and an agreed team

Engagements are led by Nasir Khan, combining finance and hands-on development. Additional specialist capacity is scoped to the work rather than promised as an unlimited resource pool. Named contributors, availability, review responsibilities and any international delivery arrangements are agreed before mobilisation.

What a workstream handover includes

  • Agreed scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria
  • Documented financial definitions and model logic
  • Version-controlled code and appropriate review
  • Test evidence against agreed business examples
  • Operating documentation and ownership handover

Start with the delivery requirement

Tell us the client problem, current platform, skills gap and intended start date. We will establish whether our experience fits, what capacity is available and how a first workstream could be structured. Commercial terms are agreed separately for each engagement.

Good questions, straight answers

Do you provide white-label delivery?

We can agree white-label or co-branded arrangements, including communication and confidentiality terms. Any required disclosure or approval by the end client must be respected.

Can you support a project already in progress?

Yes, subject to a review of the model, code, access and delivery commitments. An initial assessment establishes dependencies and a realistic starting scope.

Do you cover every EPM platform?

Our stated planning-platform capability is Jedox, alongside Excel, Python and custom applications. We do not claim implementation expertise across platforms we have not delivered.
